Content Rating System
The power of this rating system is not apparent from the interface alone. The rating system captures three types of data: Explicit feedback from the 1-9 rating control and comments field; behavioral data from the usage of "Print" "E-mail" and "Save to Favorites"; and deeper information from an online survey that is sent to 1 of every (n) users who elect to save or print. These three data points combine to create a truly accurate rating of content.
